Fashionising.com has a certain view of the world of fashion and our readers, who are both consumers and in the industry, want content that sits in line with it. In a nutshell we see fashion as a projection of who people want to be - fashion is about projecting where you're going in life. That means we're just as as likely to write about fashion as we are a fashionable lifestyle.
In particular our readers desire three things:

Excellent photo shoots.
Fashion is a visual medium, but our definition of fashion is broad. So we're always looking for pictorials that explore and inspire, that engage the viewer and push the medium. It might be a photo shoot that shows the latest season's fashions, it might be a test shoot that explores the potential of a model new to the industry, or it might be a pictorial that creates an emotional response relevant to where society's mind space is.

Excellent written pieces.
So much fluff is said about fashion. So we're looking for writers who can frequently pen pieces that ring true, pieces that engage the mind. The topics can be varied. Perhaps you're a beauty or a hair writer? Is fashion news your thing? Is there a new designer that we have to know about? A new collection that is changing things and pushing the boundaries? A new way of wearing an existing trend? Or perhaps lifestyle is more your thing and you can muse poetic about the latest hot spots in your city that are great for people watching. If it's fashionable, cultured, cutting edge or news worthy, our readers want to know about it. Please note that this is only an opportunity for people interested in fashion journalism and lifestyle writing.

The printed word and photos may breathe life into fashion, but video is the medium that truly lets it come alive in publications such as Fashionising.com.
